Read our licenses for our vocals which are made to help you succeed. After you purchase a vocal, you can download the license with your name and the purchased vocal on it to proove ownership.

standart license

A. Delivery
  • Once payment is successfully processed, the vocal package will be sent via email in the form of a downloadable link.
  • The package includes one processed vocal (wet version, tuned and with effects) in high-quality WAV format (16 bit depth or higher), along with three dry vocal takes (without effects).

B. Permitted Usage
  • Ghost Producer EDM grants the licensee non-exclusive rights to incorporate the vocal into one original track (including different versions, such as an extended mix). The licensee is allowed to modify, remix, and commercially release the final song.

C. General Conditions
  • This license is non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser for the purpose of producing a new track. Neither the license nor any part of the vocal package may be resold.
  • Please note that the same vocal may be licensed to other buyers. As such, uploading the vocal or resulting song to any content identification or copyright claim system (e.g., Content ID, YouTube’s ID system) is strictly prohibited.
  • The licensee acknowledges that this is a non-exclusive license and that Ghost Producer EDM may either own the vocal content or act as a distributor on behalf of a third-party owner. The same vocal may be available on other platforms or licensed to other buyers.
  • Attribution to the vocalist or Ghost Producer EDM is appreciated but not required.

D. Usage Rights
  • The licensee may release the song on digital streaming and video platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc., with no restrictions on total plays or views.
  • Unlimited downloads—both paid and free—are permitted.
  • The song may also be played on unlimited radio stations and performed live without limitations.
  • However, the vocal files themselves (wet or dry) may not be distributed, sold, or offered for free.

E. Royalties and Revenue
  • All revenue generated from the use of the licensed material belongs exclusively to the licensee.
  • Ghost Producer EDM does not claim any share of royalties or publishing income. The licensee retains 100% of the profits and rights.

F. Breach of Agreement
  • If the licensee violates any terms of this agreement, Ghost Producer EDM reserves the right to revoke the license after providing written notice and allowing a 30-day period for correction.

Exclusive license (buyout)
A. Delivery
  • After payment is successfully completed, the buyer will receive a download link via email. The files can also be accessed directly through the buyer's account page.
  • Included in the package:
  • 1x Wet Vocal (processed, tuned, with effects) in high-quality WAV format (16 bit depth or higher)
  • 1x or more Dry Vocal takes (unprocessed) in high-quality WAV format (16 bit depth or higher)
  • Optional: Instrumental stem files (e.g., piano, drums, strings) as separate WAV files
  • Optional: MIDI files

B. Exclusive Rights Granted
  • Ghost Producer EDM grants the buyer exclusive and unlimited rights to use, modify, distribute, and monetize the vocal in one or multiple music productions.
  • The buyer becomes the sole license holder. This vocal will never be sold or licensed again to anyone else.

C. Ownership and Transfer of Rights
  • Upon purchase, full ownership rights of the vocal are transferred to the buyer.
  • The buyer may register the resulting track with any content identification system, performance rights organization, or royalty collection agency.
  • Credit to the vocalist or Ghost Producer EDM is optional but appreciated.

D. Usage Rights
  • Unlimited commercial and non-commercial use
  • Unlimited distribution across all platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.)
  • Unlimited downloads (paid or free)
  • Unlimited radio airplay
  • Unlimited public performances
  • The buyer may edit, remix, and adapt the vocal in any form

E. Royalties and Earnings
  • 100% of all royalties, earnings, and rights belong solely to the buyer.
  • Ghost Producer EDM waives all future claims to royalties or publishing rights related to the licensed vocal.

F. MIDI & Stem File Use
  • MIDI and stem files are included solely for use in the buyer’s own production(s). They may be edited, adapted, and used freely but cannot be resold or redistributed in their original form.
G. Legal Terms
  • Once purchased, the license is final and non-refundable.
